Summary: The propert is very nice and cute. Everything was clean, washer and dryer there, televesions in all the rooms, and the backyard is really nice. Has hot tub, fire pit, grill, and hammock. Beds are comfartable and nice linens. You park on the street for this property and nobody messed with our vehicle.It is very close to Memorial Park. You can walk to it, which is fine during the day. I would not go the park at night, but it is beautiful during the day. The property is a 5 minute drive to downtown, which is great. We really enjoyed going to the restuarants there, shopping, and going to the farmers market.It takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to Old Colarado City or Manitou Springs. It is about 15 to 20 minutes to Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor region, or the Whispering Caverns.They told us about some weeds before we had arrived. It would have been nice to get this handled before we arrived, but I was thankful they told us. The lawn service was supposed to come, but had to reschedule.The neighborhood needs some improvement, but it looks like this is slowly happening. It looks like an area that is being slowly remodeled and you could see several homes being updated. With that said, I never felt unsafe. The property is a modest, well remodeled home close to downtown. We had 4 adults and it was perfect for us.
